At Blast, we encourage an environment where we inspire each other, support, and laugh. The Enterprise Sales Executive will build c-suite level relationships, negotiate, and navigate through complex and strategic sales cycles.

  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, presentation, and time management skills
  • High energy, high integrity individual who can simultaneously drive change while fostering a team culture
  • Excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Enjoys collaborating with other team members and clients
  • Proven results in C-Level sales strategies and techniques
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and business acumen

Desirable Qualifications

  • Master’s degree preferred, or any equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Entrepreneurial team player who can set priorities
  • Experience in strategic selling, developing strategic markets, content, and analytics software

Location

This position is based out of the San Francisco Bay Area / Northern California region and is open to remote work. Travel is required as needed to meet with potential clients throughout the country, sometimes on short notice.
