We are actively seeking a Digital Optimization Developer III who can take a hypothesis-driven, data-centric approach with websites to improve the customer experience. You’ll take ideas, concepts, and copy, and turn them into winning pages to A/B test against our clients’ existing versions.

Functioning as a key member of our Digital Experience team, the Digital Optimization Developer III provides hands-on experience with personalization, A/B testing, web analytics as well as all of the underlying tactics and tools. The position reports to the VP, Digital Experience.

This is a full-time opportunity that can work remotely or from any one of our U.S. locations.

To Be Successful

  • Certification in one or more platforms (ex. Adobe Target, Optimizely X Platform, etc…)
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of conversion optimization and experience with A/B/n, MVT testing and/or personalization
  • Advanced HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills
  • Experience building and QAing A/B tests and personalization campaigns on Mobile Applications
  • Experience building and QAing A/B tests and personalization campaigns on Single Page Application

Desired Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications

  • Strong experience with client-side personalization experience
  • Knowledge of and experience with client-side A/B testing and experience management platforms (e.g. Adobe Target experience is strongly preferred
  • Server-side testing personalization experience is considered a bonus
  • Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, jQuery and vanilla JavaScript
  • Familiarity with React.js and other single page application frameworks is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with changing privacy rules and understanding its potential impact on executing test and/or personalization campaigns
  • Experience carrying out thorough cross-device and cross-browser quality assurance and usability tests on your work
  • Must have several years of experience in the digital marketing field, preferably in an agency or consultative role
  • Ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical team members
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and time management skills; must enjoy collaborating with designers, online marketers, developers, and clients
  • Experience with Adobe Audience Manager a plus

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support test development velocity for multiple clients and designing experiences to the high standards that enterprise-level clients expect
  • Coding fully functional tests and personalization campaigns using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, across all devices (desktop, mobile, tablet, mobile apps)
  • Continually learning more about new technologies, platforms, and integrations to help our clients evolve and improve customer experience

VP, Digital Experience; Analytics Implementation Consultants, Strategists, Analytics Strategists, and Reporting Team Members; Other Subject Matter Experts.
