The primary purpose of this strategic role is to deliver integrated solutions and coordinate activation of data across analytics, personalization, and the rest of the marketing stack. This position is responsible for connecting our solutions to business outcomes and charting a course to achieve those outcomes. The Senior Solutions Architect will collaborate with our consulting team to design the functional, strategic, and technical aspects of an integrated solution that evolves the engagement to meet the client’s strategic objectives and outcomes. This role reports to the Vice President, Digital Experience and frequently collaborates between all practice areas.

This is a remote full-time opportunity that can work anywhere in the United States. This position may travel occasionally for business purposes.

Desired Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on strategic experience leveraging and/or managing daily operations of three or more of the following areas:
    • Analytics Solutions (required)
    • Testing & Personalization Platforms
    • CDP
    • DMP
    • CMS
    • Marketing Automation
  • 4+ years architecting and coordinating implementation of complex analytics/digital experience solutions across website, app, and IOT/OTT for enterprise environments
  • Experience in producing project estimates, scope definition, resource allocation and project timelines in pre-sales and/or migratory environments
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) is preferred
  • Hands-on experience delivering customer-facing solutions that achieve outcomes
  • Superior problem solving and decision-making
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adobe Business Practitioner certification
  • Strong understanding of data collection via client/server side TMS technologies

Primary Responsibilities

  • Design strategic solutions by:
    • Assessing existing client digital analytics and digital experience platforms and recommending improvements based on client strategic objectives, desired outcomes, budget, past successes and industry best practices
    • Creating multi-year solution roadmaps, using a deep understanding of the client’s maturity, objectives, and platforms
    • Assessing/defining ROI and creating a competitive edge for next-generation digital analytics/experience stack technologies; understanding the technology changes necessary to enable desired outcomes
    • Being creative and resourceful by leveraging existing platforms to demonstrate ROI and build a path towards increased platform maturity
  • Effectively engage and inspire C-Suite and senior leadership
  • Bring new ideas and solutions to clients; take an active role in leading the client relationship; be proactive
  • Identify and communicate business outcomes/value/ROI that are achieved with clients
  • Coordinate with Digital Experience practice teammates to identify and build use cases, execute data activations, and ultimately achieve outcomes for our clients
  • Coordinate with Digital Analytics practice teammates to fulfill data strategies and implementation of data collection/data flow to achieve outcomes for our clients
  • Coordinate with Business Analytics & Insight and Data Storytelling practice teammates to facilitate dashboards and provide insights
  • Identify potential opportunities to grow client business through technology-enabled strategies and make recommendations in the form of short / medium / long term technology roadmaps
  • Follow code of ethics; be privacy conscious; recommend data management and data governance policies using client constraints (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, etc) with a focus on building/maintaining client trust through optimal experiences
  • Support the solutions team by creating/supporting pitch materials and positioning to sell-in project proposals (SME support)
  • Assist with solution project estimation, scope definition, resource allocation and high-level project timelines
  • Conduct industry and competitor research to understand emerging and innovative solutions relative to client maturity
  • Evaluate and assist in partner selection and ongoing partner collaboration
  • Create internal and external knowledge sharing in the form of blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, best practices, methodologies, etc.
  • Speak at various customer and industry events to drive brand awareness and thought leadership
  • Assist with the creation of marketing materials, including customer presentations, datasheets, campaigns, etc.

VP, Digital Experience, Vice President Analytics, Director Analytics Strategy, Director Implementation, Solutions Team Members, Consulting Team Members, and other subject matter experts.
