We are actively seeking a Digital Program Manager II to ensure the successful delivery of our Solutions by defining processes, building great client relationships, and exceeding your goals by supporting your teammates to exceed theirs.

The Digital Program Manager II will serve as a leader of highly motivated, multidisciplinary teams that collaborate with clients to build solutions and solve their most urgent business needs. This individual will have a clear understanding of and experience with all phases of digital agency projects, including scoping, onboarding, time management, task management, on-time delivery, conflict resolution, communicating status, and impact of our results.

Program Managers partner with the Client Success team to ensure exceptional delivery of clients’ needs and projects. You will also work alongside Senior Program Managers, Analytics Implementation Consultants, Analytics Strategists, Marketing Strategists, Optimization Specialists, SEO Leads, QA Leads, Data Scientists, Solution Architects and Developers. Program Managers have the opportunity to Make Your Mark every day, solving challenges, and seeing the positive impact of your work.

This is a full-time opportunity that can work remotely from anywhere in the US. We currently have teammates located all across the country in 23 different states and 3 countries internationally. Don’t get us wrong, we love to explore. However, due to the nature of our consulting agency you must remain in the same state/time zone and digital nomads will not be considered.

Desired Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years of project management experience of progressively increased responsibility for project delivery within a professional services or technology environment
  • 2+ years of experience working as a consultant or in an agency as a project manager
  • Experience leading complex, strategic and operational initiatives; managing large-scale transformation projects, and creating and delivering on a product or service roadmap
  • Ability to formulate data-driven proposals that drive action
  • Experience overseeing project sprints, website builds, implementations and strategic analysis projects
  • Worked with multiple teams simultaneously, consisting of 3 to 8 people
  • Experience working autonomously as well as part of multiple teams
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere
  • Experience creating and maintaining project documentation including project measurement plans, project management plans, project charters, scope documents, SOWs, contracts, RFP responses, resource planning, issue and task logs, and status updates
  • Experience working with and managing vendors and partner agencies
  • Strong skills in problem solving, negotiations, influencing, organization, decision making and conflict resolution
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, translating complex or technical requests into understandable frameworks and plans
  • Experience in both Confluence/JIRA or equivalent tools for work management (Asana, Monday, Clickup, etc.)
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project or equivalent, as well as other software common for Project Management tasks
  • A strong digital DNA with experience in Analytics, SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, A/B testing, conversion optimization and digital intelligence
  • Experience or understanding of tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Optimizely, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Tag Manager, Adobe Target, Tealium or Segment
  • A basic understanding of web technologies
  • BS/BA in relevant program, or equivalent work experience
  • Agile and PMI certifications are a plus, but not required

Primary Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact for both external and internal project stakeholders
  • Understanding the customer’s business strategies and use cases, to drive alignment between customer objectives and the project lifecycle
  • Responsible for managing, planning and delivery for various digital projects from inception to launch to closing
  • As the primary client contact, keeping the teams and clients regularly apprised on engagement status, including hour’s reports, project plans, task escalation and executive project summaries
  • Effectively lead internal teams, including planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and problem-solving
  • On-time, on-budget delivery of projects with a high degree of client and team member satisfaction
  • Work with consultant teams to ensure successful deliverables are attained and value and impact are communicated. Examples include: analytics strategy, analytics technical specifications, testing plans, user journey mapping, strategic roadmaps, and ad hoc reports
  • Be a champion for your teams, clients and BlastX
  • Facilitate efficient meetings including producing detailed agenda, facilitating discussions, taking notes and ensuring action items are identified and followed up on
  • Work with the clients and teammates to ensure the realization of business goals in working solutions
  • Partner with Consultants, Client Success, and Solutions to identify, scope and cross-sell opportunities to grow client engagements
  • Coach and mentor other team members and company members
  • Build strong relationships with client and internal team members to deliver success
  • Responsible for ensuring highest level of quality for all deliverables
  • Identify and contribute to the development of internal project management processes, deliverables, and standards that promote efficiency
  • Continue expansion and development of new skills, techniques, and tools through continuous learning
  • This position is likely to work with government clients which would require additional background screenings for government clearance
  • Based on client assignment, after hours support may occasionally be requested
